At InknPrints, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
In new, unused, and resalable condition.
Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and labels intact.
Free from signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support team at info@inknprints.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please package the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and clearly include the RMA number as instructed.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or may not be accepted.
Unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or an incorrect item was shipped, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance. InknPrints is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
If approved, refunds are generally processed within seven (7) business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

A brief description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the product and its packaging (if available).
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
